Travel Insurance and Health insurance are participants responsibility. You should have a valid insurance or then travel at your own risk. Any damages done to any property during the trip will be the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation by Participant 

• Cancellations received before 20 September 2018 will get full refund

• Cancellations received after 20 September 2018 and purchasing ticket will get a 50% refund. 

• Cancellations received after 10 October 2018 – 23:55 (Finnish Standard Time) will not be eligible for a refund.
