Travel Insurance and Health insurance are participants responsibility. You should have a valid insurance or then travel at your own risk. Any damages done to any property during the trip will be the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation by Participant 

• Cancellations received before 20 December 2018 will get full refund

• 50% of the ticket price will be charges as a cancellations fee for cancellations received after 20 December 2018. 

• 100% of the ticket price will be charges as a cancellations fee for cancellations received after 10 January 2019 – 23:55 (Finnish Standard Time).
