  • Cancellations received before 1 October 2015 will get full refund-
  • Cancellations received after 1 October and purchasing ticket will get a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 5 November 2015 – 23:55 (Finnish Standard Time) will not be eligible for a refund.
