To create an account, simply follow these steps

Step 1: Click Register in the top right corner of the home page

Step 2: Provide the necessary information to create an account, including your E-mail address, and agree to our terms and policies, before you click the register button

Note: Your Username must be letters and numbers only and your password needs to be at least 8 characters long including one uppercase letter and one number.

Step 3: Activate your account by clicking on the link sent to the E-mail address you provided. Kindly check your spam folder or contact us here, if you didn’t get a verification mail

EventCart allows you to login using social media platforms i.e. Facebook & Google. You can also login using your own email address. Below are the steps which will guide you in logging in on EventCart.

• Logging in by using  Google+ account:

  • Go to EventCart’s login page https://eventcart.com/login

  • Click the Google+ button and a pop-up window will appear

  • Log in to your Google account as you normally would on the Google account login page

  • You will be redirected to the page you were on before login

• Logging in by using Facebook account:

  • Go to EventCart’s login page https://eventcart.com/login

  • Click the Facebook button

  • Log into your Facebook account as you normally would on the Facebook account login page

  • You will be redirected to the page you were on before login

• Logging by using your email:

  • In order to log in by using your email, you need to register first (please see “How to create an account on EventCart”).

  • Enter your email address and password and press ‘Login’

In case you forget your password:

• Click ‘Login’ on the upper right corner and a pop-up window will appear.

• You can ask for a new password by clicking the link ´Forgot your password?´. Simply enter your email address and then click ‘Recover password’.

• You will receive an email containing a link. Click on the link and you will be forwarded to create a new password.

In order to change your password:

• Please log in to your account and click on your name on the upper right corner and choose ‘My Profile’.

• Click the button ‘Change password’ which appears on the right below your profile picture.

• Enter your old password, then the new password, and finally, confirm your new password once more. NOTE: The password needs to be at least 8 characters long including one uppercase letter and one number.

• Click ‘Save’ button.

• Please log in to your account and click on your name on the upper right corner and choose ‘My Profile’.

• You can choose to give as much information as you want and you can update your information when needed.

• You can choose to upload a profile picture.

• When you have provided your information click ‘Save’.
